One on one personal training consist of 60-90 min. 3 sessions per week. Each session is $55. This is our most comprehensive program available where we work together to help you reach your physique goals in the fastest possible time frame! This membership is exclusive to a limited number of clients where we create a fully personalized program to your lifestyle and preferences.
